Use Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.7 (specifically a fork of it by selphea, as it is compatible with the latest version of the game).
- Open the Mod Manager
- Select Add Mod
- Choose the .zip archive you have downloaded
- Pick the colour to your liking, then double tap it to apply it
- Select Launch
- Play and have fun
