Removed hoods, helmets or hats for female NPCs outfits from Pandorable.
Let me know if I missed any. Don't care about male npcs though lol
If you are in the middle of a playthrough you'll probably need to reset their inventory (open console, select them, resetinventory).
Done by changing NPC's outfit to a version without the headgear.
Since there is no hoodless court wizard outfit, I modified the "magerobes no hood" outfit (only worn by 1 other NPC, Anise) to actually make it hoodless, consider it an unofficial bugfix ;)
