Lights look more Natural and bloom toned down .
Daytime looks also more natural with a true blue sky
streets look more like real concrete color.
Removed all of the green looking tint , and nights look more natural and dark
FPS should be about the same as without the Reshade on, only uses 2 Fx shaders

Made this with HDR and Ray Tracing ENABLED
1. Just drop it in the bin/x64 folder if you already have reshade installed
(If reshade isnt installed then head to : Home (reshade.me) scroll to bottom and install 5.9.2)
2. Choose Lightroom.fx , Sepia.fx during Reshade install
HDR settings In-game at time of making this:
Maximum Brightness- 900
Tone-Mapping Midpoint- 1.50
Paper White- 220
