Forces everything to be Legendary quality... And I mean everything... Even health items and other consumables (not that it matters for them)... Doesn't seem like any of the other mods for this work, so made my own... Also pretty sure they never forced everything Legendary anyway...

What does this do?
Forces every item in the game to be Legendary quality
This includes items already obtained and all future loot
Accomplishes this by simply copying the "Legendary" data over the data for all of the other qualities, including the "random" quality
Installation:
Extract to main CP77 install folder (check my profile for a text guide on how to install)
Uninstallation:
Delete the "EverythingAlwaysLegendaryQuality" folder from your [CP77>r6>tweaks] folder
