The 2.4.0 version revises the description text, rearranges the setting layout, and makes it easier to use, etc.
Starting from 2.4.0, most features will be removed, especially the features that can be implemented by the Dev Console. Developing redundant features is unnecessary.
Moreover, some features are going to be removed as they are not reliable and almost no one's using them.
Therefore, starting from 2.4.0, Test Tools will focus on a few key features. Especially the Model Replacer and Behavior Manager.
