Homesteader Scout Hat, First Soldier Helmet, Paxton's Officer Hat, Utility Headphones, Amanirenas' Hat, Genghis Khan's Hat, Rokov's Officer Hat. 
Turns these mostly quest related hats into an armored ones.

NB! v2.0 - if you already have picked some of these before installing this mod (or v2.0), they will not show with the new resistances and have to be added by console command.

Where to find : 
Homesteader Scout Hat can be found at the 4th floor (in a locker in a maintenance room) in The Rock (rangers HQ in Akila). The room is next to the guy, that decrypts the slates (also see the pictures).
Or: Console command to add it to your inventory: 14.additem 00273C05

First Soldier Helmet and  Paxton's Officer Hat can be acquired at the end of the quest First to Fight, First to Die Freestar Rangers faction quest.
Or by console code: 0021F3F4 and 003E5D27 respectively.

Amanirenas' Hat and Genghis Khan's Hat are from the side quest Operation Starseed (highly prone to bugs). I guess they have to die. (001E426E; 001D8426). 

Rokov's Officer Hat can be obtained from the dead!? body of Rokov during the quest Legacy's End. (003EB4B4)

Utility Headphones - random find (00252AE7), lastly added Nova Galactic Cap (00185A6B).

Installation: Install with a mod manager, add *ArmoredHat.esm in the plugins.txt file at  %LOCALAPPDATA%\Starfield 
Optional file is a bat file to add all 7 hats through a console command (you still need the main file, if you want the resists): while in game open console (~) and type bat hats , hit enter and close it. Download and extract it manually, if you don't want to clutter your mod manager list.
