Two chakra modes, which can stack on top of each other (and a third spell simultaneously), Six Paths Sage Mode and Nine Tails Chakra Mode (KCM)
It would of course form KCM Six Paths Sage Mode.

Tweaked Six Paths Sage Mode

KCM Six Paths Sage Mode + Nine-Tails Chakra Mode from Naruto
- This requires the Age of Sunlight mod. -
Six Paths Sage Mode is a golden empowering aura from a mysterious old sage.
Heals HP gradually and enhances the user's overall power
as well as allowing them to use a number of techniques at once.
Stacks with other powers to form a massive buff.
Not useable while hollow or part of Darkwraiths.
KCM/Nine-Tails Chakra Mode has fiery aura that empowers the user in other ways.
A savage, corrupting power sourced from a vast
chakra pool. Consumes 3 humanity upon each use,
as a price for the power that you're permitted.
Stacks with other powers to form a massive buff.
The user's speed and damage are enhanced significantly
while the mode is active, and the flame-like chakra
cloak that surrounds the user reduces incoming damage.
(There are hidden weaknesses and strengths to both chakra modes)
Spell Locations:
Obtain Six Paths Sage Mode by giving 10 Sunlight Medals to the Sunlight Altar.
Obtain Nine-Tails Chakra Mode (Kurama Chakra Mode) from the gloriously hollow Male Undead Merchant in Undead Burg.
By the way, Great Sunlight Spear had to be moved elsewhere in the world but it's easily accessible.
I just didn't have enough knowledge of modding to make a new event for a new covenant reward.
I also wanted to make an orange/fire type aura mixed with the golden one, as well as an enemy sensing ability, but it's beyond my knowledge.
