Now that CharGen Presets are possible I have been sitting on this one for a minute tweaking here and there and I think I am ready to release, mostly roleplaying as Fennec Shand, hope it serves those who want it well.

You are more than welcome to tweak and reupload.
I used Pekoe Eyebrows & Pekoe Eyes and Lashes (in the screenshots) But they are not 100% required as it looks pretty spot on without it just comes down to personal preference.
I also used KaSkAdAk's Lara Croft Hairstyle as it's the closest thing I have at this time.
Let me know if you run into any issues with this I will try to fix.
