I'll probably make changes over time as new character creation mods are released.
This preset relies on CharGenMenu of course, Extended Facial Sculpting, and maybe Additional Face Morphs too but I can't remember about that one.
Other mods I used to achieve the look are Ombre Hair Colours, CRT - SKINS, Pekoe Brows, and Retina - Photorealistic Eyes Overhaul. They are optional though if you don't want them or have your own alternatives you want to use.
