Adds a brand-new Biometric ID in the Chargen Menu. It is added via a custom script, so no vanilla records or scripts are modified for compatibility.

This is a new and improved version of Kaela - New Biometric ID. I've updated the vanilla form lists using a script so that no vanilla records are modified. This ensures compatibility with other mods that may add more Biometric IDs. I've also updated the male version (added the scar for example). I've also (IMHO) improved the look of the preset.
NOTE: For the makeup and scar to show up, just change the Skin Tone from 1 to 2. I have attempted to figure out why this happens, but no matter what skin tone I set the makeup and scar will not show up until you change it in the Chargen Menu.
