Adds a bunch of fixes to Fallout Who Regenerated via an esl-marked esp file
List of fixes:
Requires Fallout Who Regenerated and the base game.
List of fixes:
- Added the UnscrappableObject keyword to the sonic shades and sonic screwdriver, to prevent them from being scrapped.
- Prevented the sonic shades and navcom datastore from respawning, and added a 2nd nonrespawning datastore ontop of the 1st.
- Flagged the tardis depths as "Has Water" so the pool will always act as a pool.
- added a condition to the recipe for the Tardis Repair kit so it can be built once you open the broken pocketwatch for the 1st time.
- Added a condition to the main drive so you can't repair it until you actually retrieve the manual and tardis repair kit in the depths.
- Added a condition to the throttle so you can only use Low Vworp until you finish the tutorial flight.
