Adds scrappy looking combat shotgun variant to add some spice to pipe leveled lists

Wasteland Shotgun
Adds a scrappy looking combat shotgun variant, with visiable moving bolt and barrel meant to look like a repaired combat shotgun to compliment the pipe weapons.
Added to pipe leveled list with injection scripts.
Same stats near enough but slightly less damage and weighs less then vanilla combat shotgun.
The pipe parts textures shown in the pictures are using Gmois exilent pipe retex, not needed but highly reccomended
