This is a huge luxury garage preset for AMM. Features marble flooring and walls, emissive lighting throughout the main floor, recreation room with large flat screen TV, PC for internet usage, bathroom, many vending machines, and comfortable seating.

The main floor of the garage features low emissive lighting, artistic ceiling lighting, gold plated parking stripes, extra wide parking spots for ease of access. 
Basement floor is more basic, no parking stripes but tons of room for every vehicle you own. 

The subfloor also features a door to exit. It is unfinished, but due to how your character loads before AMM, if you save in the garage you will fall to the ground under the structure upon loading back in. This provides an easy escape. 

This is my second project using AMM, I wanted to build somewhere where I could work with values starting at 0 as it is much easier to line everything up mathematically that way. Plus there really isn't room in the city for a giant garage without NPC's or traffic spawning inside. No windows as we cannot crop decor, only resize and the collisions dont resize with the structures. It makes it a bit messy, doorway's are messy enough. 

Feel free to improve upon this as you wish and upload it if you want. This is just a little something I did in what little spare time I have. Hopefully one day CDPR will give us a proper map editor to make really immersive structures.
