Scriptrunner which fixes semi-automatic weapons failing to fire seemingly randomly.

Semi-automatic weapons were incredibly janky for me in FNV. There is no way to reliably fire at the max fire rate because weapons will not queue fire inputs properly, instead you have to wait until after the weapon lets you fire again, or otherwise spam the fire button. This mod makes it so that as long as you press the fire button within 0.5 seconds of the next valid time to fire, it will count as an input. This is particularly useful for plasma weapons, since they have an extremely low fire rate where it's impossible to time your fire inputs.

This does not affect balance in any way, since you could just spam the fire button in vanilla which would have the same result on the fire rate. It does not allow you to fire multiple shots with one fire input since the queue is stopped when the weapon fires.

Here is a preview where I press the fire button at consistent intervals. In the vanilla preview, the fire button is pressed but will randomly not fire.
